No, we do not provide computers for rent. To maintain privacy and security everyone must bring their own computer to the coworking space.

We also provide support with our community manager who will assist you with any needs or questions.

You can book a workspace any day since the building is open 24/7. However, you need to activate your key during regular business hours to make sure the support team is available to help you.

For meeting room reservations, the number of guests is limited to the number of people permitted in the booked room (including the person who booked it). Please note, guests are only allowed to use the booked room, pantries, and restrooms for the duration of your booking.

We have 10 (soon 13) phone booths available at Base. Phone booths are part of the shared areas and cannot be booked individually. You may use the phone booth 90 minutes at a time. If someone else needs it after your time is up, you must allow them to use the space.
Yes. We are pet friendly; proof of vaccination may be required. We reserve the right to restrict these rights based on the pet behavior. Base does not assume responsibility for injuries to such pet, individuals are responsible for damage or injury caused by this pet.
Yes. Memberships have different contract lengths. Virtual Office and Hot Desk are on a month-to-month basis, Dedicated Desk has a minimum contract of 3 months and Private Offices have a minimum contract of 6 months.
Yes, we open 24/7. The administrative team might not be present on some holidays, make sure you have all access and information needed before arriving to the facilities on a holiday.
Yes, once you have activated your key you can access the facilities 24/7. Activate your access with the administrative personnel, available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00am- 6:00pm. Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.
