The following is our base pricing for all our membership types. Discounts are available for groups of 4+ members and time commitments of 6+ months.

Q: Where is Base located?
A: Base Co-work is located in Santurce, Puerto Rico at 1666 Ponce de Leon Avenue. You can find us at the end of San Jorge Street and at the opposite corner of Leonardo’s store.
Q: How big are the offices?
A: We currently offer offices for 1, 3, 6, 8, and 20 people. For more information, visit the Co-working Areas section of our website.
Q: What is the cost of the offices?
A: We currently offer Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, Private Offices and Virtual Offices. Our private offices can accommodate 1-8 members. Membership prices range between $100-$500; please refer to the Pricing section of our website for current base membership costs. Discounts are available for groups of 4+ members and time commitments of 6+ months.
Q: Do you have parking facilities?
A: Yes, we currently have a parking lot located near the building.
Q: How can I coordinate a tour?
A: To coordinate a tour, fill out the “Get in touch with us” section on our website. Someone from our team will contact you to coordinate a tour and answer any questions you may have.
Q: When is Base officially opening?
A: Base officially opened its doors on January 1, 2021. Follow our social media accounts for news and updates about our co-working space.
Q: Can I receive my mail at the Base offices?
A: Of course! All memberships come with mail management.
